Once the scope is agreed upon, our design team gets to work producing detailed architectural plans, three-dimensional renders and a comprehensive material specification schedule. We collaborate with you to select finishes, fixtures and fittings that align with your aesthetic preferences and functional requirements. If your project requires council planning permits, building permits or structural engineering approvals, we manage the entire application process on your behalf — liaising with local authorities, surveyors and consultants so you do not have to. Construction

With plans finalised and permits secured, construction commences under the guidance of your dedicated project manager. You receive weekly progress updates, photographic documentation and proactive communication on any issues that arise. Final Walkthrough & Handover

Before we hand over your completed renovation, we conduct a meticulous quality inspection covering every detail — from flush tile joints and seamless paintwork to correctly functioning hardware and appliances. Any items identified on the defects list are addressed promptly and thoroughly. Once everything meets our standards and yours, we hand you the keys to your transformed home along with all warranties, compliance certificates and maintenance guides. We also schedule a complimentary twelve-month post-completion inspection to address any settling or seasonal movement items, because our commitment to your home does not end at handover.
